True Things
If two things
Are true things
What is the Truth?
The bird sings
It’s blessings:
God’s fav’rite tune.
If I am
And you am,
Am I unique?
If my world
Is my word,
What shall I speak?
“I love you
And me, too.”
Is all I’ll say
And Jesus
Will please us
In His own way
Your Christ is
That Brightness
Come in the night
It shines in
To find sin
That dies in Light
Worry not:
You forgot
Spirit can’t die
God is Love
Not above
But in your I.
If I Am
And you Am,
Is I Am Us?
Is being
For seeing
That God is Love?
