Long Time Now (How to Master Gravity)
How much contemplation is enough?
I’ve been thinking about this for a long time now
and I don’t know if I should give it up.
Some think as much as they can
and others not as much.
Some think of Grand Master plans
and others in the clutch.
I think I know because I am
and that is so much more
than mere Mortal Man.
How much levitation is enough?
I’ve been floating this idea for a long time now.
I’m convinced I can lift this Body up.
Some go as high as they can,
though that isn’t much.
Some think so low of man,
they’ve worn themselves a rut.
I’ll leave this Earth because I’m I
and Gravity will let me be
