Let’s Write the World

Let’s write the World
and make it all rhyme - 
not in silly circles
but in natural rhythm lines.
	The cadence of the flow
	that dances in my pen
	has a perfect vision
	of ink until the End.
	but sometimes lines get stuck
	or the ink can’t find itself
	and keeps the perfect word
	on the proverbial shelf - 
Awkward as it might have been
to pull it down and use it,
sometimes it just can’t fit
as much as I might squeeze and bruise it.
