Word Math Magic Time
What’s up with Math? Is
It magic or logic,
Ritual or myth? I
Can’t add it up, my
Homework was never
Quite like this
Time tramples by, Math
Makes no sense how
The whole has turned
Into a tenth
I’ve seen a quarter come
Out of an ear, I’ve
Turned a blink
Into a year.
It doesn’t add up, my
Paper and pen can’t
Find the answer to
‘Remember when?’
