The Bad Man Cannot Know
Only the righteous man
is obligated to Truth,
all others must lie.
The only difference
between me an him:
He’s not afraid to die.
And the sun still rises,
and the sins still flow,
and the good man falls in love again
with what the bad man cannot know.
And the moon still rises
and, oh, those stars still shine
and the good man falls in love again
with what the bad man cannot find.
