Power of Magic

   (Ritual is everything:
    Harnessing the energy
    through conjuring
    the End)

The Ritual Hypnotic
appears to be exotic
to the audience unlearned.
I’m not saying it’s a bore
but I’ve seen this act before
and this guy surely deserves
every penny that he earns.
	Practicing a Craft
	unlit at long last
	one becomes the Craft Itself
	- when there is nothing else - 
	     (When Man and Mind collide
	     it's quite a lively ride)
	why, that’s when Love arrives.

Though he never 'got it,'
several times he bought it
hoping life would match the picture on the package.
He followed all the steps
but the whole thing was a mess
and all the birds just died inside the jacket.
     "There's no more room in these
     tattered, trickless sleeves
     so now, if you'll excuse me, please,
     I'm off to rent a rabbit."
          When Hope eclipses Skill
          a sucker pays the bill
     (and Devils cop a thrill). 

Ritual means nothing -
It's all about the bluffing:
through conjuring.
